to lead our sales team, build strategic plans, and shape the future of our business.
Why This Role?As the Head of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in GymTonic’s growth journey. From developing innovative strategies to building a high-performance team culture, your contributions will help GymTonic inspire and engage our members while solidifying our presence in the market. You’ll work closely with our executive team, engage directly with clients, and impact GymTonic’s revenue and growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do:
Create and execute strategies to expand our member base and meet sales goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate sales team across Wellness, Personal Training, Pro Shop/Retail, and Membership departments.
Build strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis, develop new business opportunities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally in fitness or wellness.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) for managing leads and tracking performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering results.
