High school diplomaOver 1 year of assembly experience preferredKnowledge or experience with 5S methodology is a plusStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracyProactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a production environmentAbility to respond quickly and efficiently to all assignmentsAbility to stand for the entire shiftComfortable with extensive walkingWhat You'll Do As A Warehouse Associate:
Perform a range of functions related to material handling, including packaging, applying correct labels, confirming part identity through detailed comparison, and receiving, assembling, and storing parts, materials, and productsPrepare parts and materials for shipment by packing items, verifying materials and quantities, maintaining inventory, conducting stock counts, and relocating parts and materials to designated areasOperate various motorized and manual material handling equipment, as well as semi-automated and automated packaging systems, scales, postage meters, and conveyor systemsExecute tasks based on printed work orders and other written or verbal instructionsMaintain comprehensive records related to shipping, receiving, and unloading trucksPerform additional duties as assigned
