Job Type Full-timeDescriptionShift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay Range: $18/hr - $24/hrBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO after 90 days!Summary: The PPAP Coordinator/Quality Tech is responsible for completing customer PPAP's and associated paperwork in a timely manner, as well as assisting the Quality Manager in assuring product quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Visually inspects and measures parts using a variety of precision measuring instrumentsChecks dimensions and finishes against blueprints or work order specificationsPerform powder coat adhesion testsDocument daily titration and PH balance test results Perform daily audits on various production processesMay be required to perform finishing operations to correct nonconforming parts Coach quality criteria throughout departmentsAssist with problem solving, internal and external quality issuesRequirementsPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
