Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Plano, Texas. This role plays a crucial part in our operations by providing comprehensive support across several departments, including Sales & Marketing, CEO support, Human Resources, and Operations. As an Executive Assistant, you will ensure seamless business operations and effective project coordination. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and COO, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO and COO, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely completion. Maintain and organize company records and files for easy access and up-to-date information. Streamline operations and administrative processes to enhance organizational efficiency. Prepare the company for future partnerships by organizing historical files and ensuring operational readiness for business collaborations. Assist the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing onboarding processes, and coordinating training programs. Coordinate employee relations events and internal communications, ensuring team engagement and alignment with company culture. Plan and manage team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and company-wide events. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience. Assist in planning and managing company events, trade shows, and public-facing activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand values. Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and objectives are met. Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Facilitate communication between team members and ensure project details are well-documented and accessible.
