This is a high visibility role that will require top notch communication, planning and facilitation skills. 5+ years of professional experience as an Executive AssistantExperience supporting VP or C-Level executiveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, attention to detail and high sense of urgencyCalendar Management skills (Outlook)Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel superuserExperienced with travel booking and expense report managementExperience planning/ coordinating large onsite team meetingsLocal to Dallas, TX and available for onsite quarterly meeting attendance (prep, set up, facilitation)

Former experience as a Chief of StaffExperience supporting an IT or Supply Chain leader
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
