Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Pega Platform and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Integration Sizing & Capacity Planning Monitoring & Control Release Management Performance Tuning and Installation. Experience in Pricing Discounts Adjustments and Rebates is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute significantly to our projects and help drive our companys su Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee Pega Integration processes to ensure seamless connectivity with other systems. Provide expertise in Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning to optimize system performance. Monitor and control Pega applications to ensure stability and reliability. Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates. Perform Pega Performance Tuning to enhance application efficiency. Conduct Pega Installation and configuration to set up new environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Develop technical documentation and guidelines for Pega applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications. Provide training and support to junior developers and team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Pega development. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Pega Platform with at least 6 years of experience. Demonstrate expertise in Pega Integration and related technologies. Have experience in Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning for optimal performance. Show proficiency in Pega Monitoring & Control to maintain application stability. Exhibit skills in Pega Release Management for efficient deployment processes. Be adept at Pega Performance Tuning to improve application efficiency. Have hands-on experience in Pega Installation and configuration. Nice to have domain experience in Pricing Discounts Adjustments and Rebates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a hybrid work model with a proactive approach. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to mentor and support junior team members. Certifications Required Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) Applications will be accepted until 15- Nov-2024. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $116,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
