We are looking for a passionate, experienced software developer with 10+ years of professional experience. You bring a diverse knowledge base that you use to help the team solve complex technical problems. You have a history of delivering successful projects, as well as some lessons learned from failures. You are keen on adopting the best engineering and development practices for running, monitoring and maintaining complex software. You easily establish relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, adjusting your communication style to different audiences, often advising others on complex technical matters.
A successful candidate must be a US citizen, currently residing in the continental US. Additionally the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an active US SECRET security clearance.
Responsibilities:Support SIS cloud products growth strategy, working on both new features and product maintenanceTake an active part in software development activities - gathering requirements, designing solutions, implementing and shipping codeAdopt and use the industry-best tools to increase the team's performance and delight our customersCollaborate with other team members, be reliable and competent peerDeploy and monitor our apps and services, using cloud technologiesSkills and Experience needed for success in this role:
FEDRAMP-compliant software development and delivery experience across multiple projects and/or productsCurious, data-driven, and you love to ask questions10+ years of professional software development experienceExperienced in using C# to implement secure and well-organized codeStrong knowledge with SQL server databasesStrong understanding of commonly used data structures and software design paradigmsExcellent analytical and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsNice to Haves
Experience with APIs, integrations, and gRPCExperience with domain-driven development and unit testingExperience with cross-platform developmentProduction experience working with massively adopted (100k+ users) mobile applicationsWorking with Startups / fast-moving teamsWhere:The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
This is a remote role ideally based on the US East Coast. Our legal team likes to work together in-office one day per week.
Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation
:
The target base compensation for this position is $ 125,000 to
$140,000 per year plus 10% bonus opportunity in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
