We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create targeted training programs for various positions across the company. In this role, you will develop comprehensive training programs by collaborating with subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging content. This includes script writing, recording and editing audio and video materials, and designing assessments, all while ensuring that the final products are effectively packaged for deployment in our Learning Management System.
Education/Certification(s):
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or similar fieldsCertification in Instructional Design or Project Management a plusRequired Experience:

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) or related softwareProficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, etc.) in addition to CaptivateProficient with Final Cut ProStrong written and verbal communication skills; especially critical conversations; storytelling is a plusGeneral knowledge of animation principles and screen capture technologyAble to multi-task effectively and work independentlyBenefits:

Creating electronic training for all positions (writing scripts, audio recording, videography, editing, production)Responsible for the maintenance, function, and assigning of training in the HRIS Learning Management System (LMS)Communicate with supervisors when direct reports are not compliant with required trainingCreating media/advertisements for HR/recruiting (posters, radio ads, video ads, etc.)Assist with Employee Engagement activities and community outreachAdminister cyber security training and phishing campaigns monthly and annuallyAssist employees via phone or email with all training or Cyber security assignmentsAbility to lead training presentations (in-person and virtual) to individual and/or groups of employeesOpportunities available for traveling to outside locationsAll other duties as assigned
