The details:The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic – Westfield consists of hand, wrist, elbow, and some shoulder diagnoses including post-surgical, trauma, fractures, dislocations, tendon lacerations, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, and rheumatic conditions.
1:1 Highly personalized and patient-centered careSchedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidaysFlexible scheduling with some late evening expectations

The responsibilities:
Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Occupational Therapy servicesDocument with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseloadConduct patient and family educationDisplay strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communicationOther duties as assigned

Education Requirements
Degree from an ACOTE accredited schoolCurrent state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Indiana
Experience Requirements
Two (2) years of outpatient experience requiredSplinting experience requiredStrong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communicationPatient focused to provide the best customer service experience
License/Certification RequirementsMinimum:
Occupational Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of IndianaBasic Life Safety (American Heart Association)
EducationPreferredBachelors or better in Occupational TherapyMasters or better in Occupational TherapyLicenses & CertificationsRequiredBLSOccupational Therapist
