Job Description:We are seeking a substitute Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with transition students in Plymouth, MN, from December 9, 2024, to February 17, 2025. The caseload includes students with social communication and autism needs, as well as language/vocabulary and Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) students. The role involves direct therapy for 10 students and accommodation support for 2 additional students.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to transition students with autism, social communication, and language needsSupport DHH students with speech servicesCollaborate with the educational team to support student progress
Requirements:
Active Minnesota SLP LicenseExperience with transition students or similar populations preferredStrong collaboration and communication skills
