School SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) Minneapolis, MN

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This position offers the flexibility of full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time opportunities, providing vital speech and language services to elementary students across two school buildings.

Position Details:

Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: Minneapolis, MNSchedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time availableStart Date: Mid-OctoberEnd Date: June 7th, 2025Caseload: 40 students (20 students per school, with the SLP serving as case manager for 20 of these students)

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students across two elementary schools.Manage a caseload of 40 students, with a combination of speech-only cases and speech as a secondary disability (including 1 ASD classroom and 1 developmental class).Utilize a workload model with no caseload cap, ensuring adequate support for all students.Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement IEPs using the EdPlan IEP system.Provide support and mentorship to Clinical Fellows (CF).

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.Active Minnesota SLP License.Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
