ProCare Therapy is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team in Lincoln, CA. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic SLP looking to work in a dynamic school setting and help students develop essential communication skills.

Position Overview:

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: Lincoln, CAEmployment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: End of the 2024-2025 School Year

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in a school-based settingEvaluate and assess students' communication disorders, create IEP goals, and monitor progressCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students educational successParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing individualized education programsMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school district requirements

Caseload Details:

Grade Levels: Varies (K-12th grade students)Caseload Size: To be determined (typically small to moderate)Work with students who have a range of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency issues, and social communication challenges

Qualifications:

Active California SLP licensure requiredCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)Previous experience working in a school setting is a plusStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
