Pipe Layer

We are looking for a skilled Pipe Layer to join our team. The Pipe Layer will be responsible for installing and repairing underground pipes such as sewer and drainage pipes, and other types of piping systems. We are a site development company that does anything from demo, clearing, grading, excavation and underground utilities including storm, fire lines sewer and water. Our projects are located in the greater Seattle area. Opportunity for growth within the company. Requirements and skills The ideal candidate will have previous pipe laying experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow complex blueprints and instructions. Responsibilities Install and repair underground pipes such as sewer, water, and drainage pipes. Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers. Connect pipe pieces and seal joints, using welding equipment, cement, or glue. Cover pipes with earth or other materials. Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing. Use equipment to break old forms and structures. Ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
