Job Description :
We Are Seeking a skilled IT Analyst to perform a wide range of assignments in an Information Technology environment. This position acts as a technical expert in diagnosing, implementing, administering, supporting, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network products. The role involves on-site or remote diagnosis and resolution of technical issues using a highly specialized set of diagnostic tools. Additionally, the analyst will lead and oversee teams for process improvements and manage the implementation of various IT components.
Responsibilities :•Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software problems on-site or remotely, utilizing specialized diagnostic tools.•Develop, document, and implement solutions and procedures for future technical needs.•Provide technical guidance and support for technicians and end-users to enhance system knowledge and resolve complex issues.•Oversee project management tasks, including planning, designing, and implementing computer hardware, software, and network components.•Develop and enforce IT security standards and maintain technical records and reporting.•Lead teams to create processes and procedures for efficient IT support, and collaborate with technical staff, management, users, and vendors.•Provide support for server, telecommunications, and database systems to ensure continuous and secure network operations.•Maintain, administer, and support local and remote servers, network operating systems, and local area networks.•Assist in managing local server backups and perform on-site technical support for telecommunications hardware.•Perform additional tasks, including database administration, enforcing security standards, virus remediation, and pursuing relevant technical training.
Required Skills:•Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework in computer science, information technology, data communications, systems analysis, computer programming, or related fields.•For advanced positions: Two years of experience equivalent to an IT Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst role.•Alternatively, associate degree with relevant coursework and two years of experience in IT support roles, or equivalent experience without a degree.•Proficiency in problem diagnosis, project management, database administration, network troubleshooting, and security protocol enforcement.•Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with staff, management, and end-users.•Familiarity with diagnostic tools, local area network support, server maintenance, and telecommunications.
