Develop ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data to train models used in user engagement ranking. Responsible for enhancing the advertising experience for customers on Walmart's website. Actively collaborate with the data science team to improve the model for engagement prediction. Work on the development of the Feature Management Service for optimizing ads. Analyze user engagement data to identify areas for improvement in the advertising experience on Walmart's website. Contribute to the development of advanced algorithms and machine learning models to optimize ad placement and targeting on Walmart's website.Minimum education and experience required:

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 2 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment;

OR

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment.Skills required:

Experience designing and implementing REST API Web Services using Java. Experience coding in an object-oriented programming language Java. Experience with High Level and Low-Level System Design with common design patterns for project development. Experience building automation tools for Java Projects using Maven. Experience using CI/CD pipelines for building projects along with GitHub. Experience with Fundamentals of Data Structures and Algorithms. Experience with planning and tracking tools including JIRA. Experience with Agile development and understanding the methodologies, including scrum, task break down, and presenting the product. Experience using Spring Boot application for developing web apps and microservices. Experience with Cloud computing in Cloud platforms including Azure for scalable and reliable applications.Salary Range:

$190,486/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.Benefits:
