Director, Global Amex Partnerships & Enterprise Marketing

This is your chance to be part of the Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As a Global Amex Partnerships & Enterprise Marketing, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the US Co-brand Product team reporting to the VP, Global Amex Partnerships & Enterprise Marketing, you will work on projects including increasing Hilton’s customer growth through strategically designed partnerships and campaigns and builds awareness for our industry award-winning Hilton Honors loyalty program. You will focus on growing customer acquisition and driving customer spend engagement and retention through Hilton direct channels such as the Hilton Honors mobile app, website, Email, Direct Mail, HGV, and Hilton reservation agents.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique:

Lead and elevate our Hilton partnership offers, aligning with the American Express Enterprise team to execute.

Responsible for all enterprise marketing offers & campaigns, including managing investment and budget.

Primary contact for Hilton customer servicing and call center key initiatives.

Manage all Hilton and American Express US Co-brand card agreements, ensuring contract adherence and SLAs are being met.

Drive advocacy for co-brand strategic objectives and garner support across the Hilton enterprise, including working closely with leadership across Technology, Finance, Hotel Operations, and Brand.

How you will collaborate with others:

Partner with cross-functional leaders internally as well as within American Express to collaboratively plan for, drive, and deliver the short, medium, and long-term success of the relationship for both organizations.

What projects you will take ownership of:

Oversee, foster, and grow the American Express Enterprise Partnership, including managing the strategy for Corp Card, Gift Card, and US Co-brand tri-party offers.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Ten (10) years of professional experience

Four (4) years of experience in strategic planning/development

Experience managing/leading large, enterprise-level partnerships

Experience working in the financial or consumer packaged goods industries

Experience leading and supporting the development of talent

Proven expertise working in a global, matrixed organization

Mclean, VA-based position (3 days in office on average)

Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Ten (10) years of hospitality, financial services, travel, or similar industry experience

Co-branded credit card/card experience

Understanding of the credit card landscape, inclusive of regulatory environment and industry norms, value prop development, card acquisition, card member servicing, early tenure card member engagement, card member retention, and card member value
