As a Manager, Content Orchestration Governance, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Content Orchestration team reporting to Senior Manager, Content Innovation, you will embrace the team’s core tenets: radical transparency, courageous, customer-focused, continuous improvement, trusting, and measuring progress toward goals. Your role involves establishing and guiding the adoption of global business standards for content and media management platforms and processes, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), Computer-Assisted Translation Tools (CAT-tools), Taxonomy Management System (TMS), and Language Service Providers (LSPs) workflows from content ideation to archive. Your goal is to design a content lifecycle managed efficiently and effectively across different platforms and regions, ensuring it is strategically aligned with our goals.
