Launched in October of 2019, Amazon Business Canada is applying the same entrepreneurial and innovative approach that delivered the Amazon.ca shopping experience, new technologies, products (like our Amazon Echo, Kindle e-readers, and tablets), and enterprise services (like Amazon Web Services). With our drive to reinvent on behalf of business customers, we are focused on building Amazon Business into the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) store in the world. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between) from every industry vertical.We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of Amazon's B2B business for our Commercial, Public Sector and Strategic segments. As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for generating demand across the customer funnel measured through customer stage progression and marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline. In collaboration with sales, product and analytics, you will drive activation across acquisition, engagement and lead generation. You will own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline. Then connect top-of-funnel activities with down-funnel initiatives to enhance customer growth, working closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through. You will oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital campaigns, including website, display, social media, and email marketing. Successful candidate will be able to work comfortably with both qualitative and quantitative data, has technical expertise within Salesforce and Excel and be able to turn data inputs into business actionable insights.Role can be based in Toronto, ON, CA or Seattle, WA, USA.Key job responsibilities
Cross-channel marketing campaigns management from creative concept to launch (email, mobile, onsite, paid digital and offsite channels) that aims to hit plan. Successful candidate will be equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level.Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion.Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution as needed.Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.Own reporting performance metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to leadership.Develop and champion bold and creative ideas.A day in the life
Develop marketing campaign using Amazon internal tools.Manage campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and lead generation initiatives.Meet with sales, central marketing team, and external agencies on a weekly basis.Prepare weekly performance reports.Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.Preferred Qualifications
