We are currently hiring a Sam Adams Brand Co-Op in the Seaport District of Boston, MA.
This position is from January-June 2025.
A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.
What You'll Brew:
Using data and insights to build sales materialsAssisting with retail programming and POSStaying up to date on trends in craft beer and social mediaHelping with photo shootsSocial media community managementCreate, design, and deliver world class custom promotional services (menu cards, banners, posters, case cards etc.) to our internal (sales/office) and external customers (distributors).Create and design custom items that reflect our brand strategy to encourage product purchase.Display strong attention to detail on one's own workUsing strong communication skills, build rapport with internal contacts (sales personnel and office employees) and external customers (wholesalers, vendors, etc.) by providing answers to questions and solutions to problems.Work directly with print vendors to ensure high quality printing and delivery of point-of-sale (POS).Digitally enhance artwork/images supplied from accounts (bars, etc.) for use on custom orders.Duplicate orders to customer specifications.By own initiative, consult with Legal on liability issues to ensure promotional pieces are compliant with any state/federal restrictions, trademarks, etc.Organize custom orders for packaging, including completion of all appropriate shipping information.Work as part of a team to ensure all jobs are turned around within the set department expectations.

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree programValid Social Security Number needed by first day of employmentMust be able to commute daily to Seaport Area in Boston, MA, and/or work remotely with wi-fi connection.Students 21+ years of age are preferredAbility to communicate with remote stakeholdersTeam player and maintains a positive attitudeResponsive and accessibleFollows up on commitments and is detail-orientedMust not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future

Student resumes must include a link to an online portfolio.Students must have strong typography skills and solid knowledge of InDesign.
