Spacesaver Corporation is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist (Email) to join our Marketing team!The Digital Marketing Specialist's goal is to drive customer engagement and website traffic by strategically leveraging all aspects of the email marketing roadmap.In collaboration with our marketing department and sales, proactively market to all ideal audiences identified in each target market via email marketing.Own and drive list management and contacts through the means of our email tools and our CRM System (Salesforce, Zoominfo, and others)Drive lead generation through the corporate email automation platform while closely collaborating with the Business Development, Channel Development, and Sales TeamsLead all email communication efforts in the promotion and follow-up of live webinars, events, and other initiatives.In collaboration with the Content Marketing Specialist, drive content strategy for email campaignsCreate unique communication strategies for each market audience at each stage of the sales funnel.Build out and optimize the end-user experience across all major email clients including, but not limited to email construction, content provided, form inclusion, call to action, message, etc.Facilitate A/B testing that drives increased customer engagement and pipeline development.Report on A/B testing performance and transfer successes to future testing effortsSeek opportunities to leverage marketing automation tools and partner with internal and external teams to execute lead generation through automation.Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for email campaigns, such as open rates and click to open rates, and measure campaigns for performance against the KPIs-reporting on campaign performance monthly.Constantly adjust approach to optimize performance and lead generation efforts.Utilize HTML knowledge, in collaboration with our marketing department, to assemble email creatives and send to targeted lists.Assist in executing go-to-market strategies.Crosstrain and assist team members with email campaign creation and testing, when needed.Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldTwo or more years of deploying, developing, and optimizing email campaigns.Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, campaign management, lead generation, list development, direct marketing, database marketing and/or Internet marketing required.Experience using demand generation tools and techniques, including marketing automation software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot preferred)Proficient understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, segmentation, and behavior targetingKnowledge of email privacy laws including, but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, CASL and email best practices.Critical thinker with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our team's successLifelong learner who stays ahead of the curve on digital media and email marketing trendsAbility to track trends to identify new, innovative ways to evolve strategy, grow audiences, and drive conversionsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.Strong analytical skills, notably the ability to test, measure, and optimize, along with the ability to spot trends in data and distill insight.Experience with A/B testing best practices.Proficient in HTML across digital marketing channelsSpacesaver is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
