Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Product Owner with proven expertise in process development, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will drive product success through creating impactful personas, stories, and use-case scenarios and will be comfortable working in an agile environment. A background in supply chain technology is highly desirable but not required. Key Responsibilities: Take initiative to develop and improve processes that enhance efficiency and align with business goals. Act as the main liaison between the development team and both internal and external clients, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and ensuring alignment. Build detailed personas, stories, and use-case scenarios to effectively guide product development and prioritize features. Collaborate with business partners to develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, coordinating with leadership to make strategic adjustments as necessary. Prepare comprehensive documentation and lead training sessions to support product understanding and adoption. Oversee and lead scrum ceremonies, ensuring efficient and transparent communication across teams. Preferred Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile environments (2 years) Knowledge or experience working with artificial intelligence in a product context. Prior experience in supply chain or logistics technology, with familiarity using supply chain visibility platforms Experience working with agile methodologies and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and backend microservices. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, create actionable plans, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to adapting to new challenges, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and market trends.
