In this role, you will lead efforts to scale our user base, increase engagement, and drive revenue by identifying new opportunities for monetization while enhancing the value we deliver to users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, design, and data analytics to ensure that our product continues to deliver exceptional experiences while achieving business objectives.What you'll DoBe a part of the core product team for Document Cloud and help define the product vision.Work with highly motivated and hardworking engineering, finance, data analytics, data science, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive success for the business.Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis.Develop and execute sophisticated growth strategies across acquisition, engagement, and retention and deliver real-time personalized contextual intelligent experiences through engagement platforms.Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that new features and monetization strategies enhance the user experience.Who you areConsistent record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.Bachelor's in Engineering and MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience.Overall, 8-12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of post-MBA experience in a business role is desirable.Analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done through positive relationships across a highly matrixed organization.Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations.Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.Experience in agile software development practices is desirable.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
