What you will doLead the Advertising Insights and Experimentation track across discovery, definition, cross-functional alignment, development, distribution, and monetization strategy.Build a deep understanding of both customer needs and technology capabilities to formulate the roadmapDefine customer requirements and detailed feature requirements co-creating with customer-facing teams and customers directly.Be hands-on with prototypes and data storyboards to supplement product requirements.Develop product features collaborating with design, data science, engineering, and program management to deliver product featuresFollow-through on product adoption by partnering with customer success, enablement, and sales.Monitoring and analyzing product usage data to inform improvementsRegularly communicate learning, progress, and plans across the organization: both horizontal and vertical.Requirements

5+ years of Product Management work experience in Digital AdvertisingCross-functional leadership working across geo, time zone, and seniority levelsProven record in marketing analytics and information designEffective Communication : speech, written narratives and presentations, messagingAnalytical and Problem-solving skills : handy with SQL, Python, RCreate the Future: Take customer-centric bets and be fearless in realizing themOwn the outcome: Drive cross-functional alignment, take tough calls, and drive end resultsRaise the Bar: Strive for excellence by prioritizing well and motivating the team to growBe Genuine: Support and challenge each other by being transparent, direct, and ethical.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
