About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing team as a Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy & Menu Innovation based in Miami, FL. Reporting into the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy, this role specializes in developing and executing the testing of the marketing plans, initiatives, promotions, and communications related to the Better Food pillar for Subway. An essential part of this role is to lead the cross functional teams to execute the testing for national calendar windows, planning and buy-in of the strategy and insights for each innovation window. The role also assists by defining competitive market needs and opportunities and provides ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of existing products.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Collaborates with the Sr. Director to help drive the Subway US menu evolution, strategy, and validation.In partnership with the cross functional team, develop, gain alignment to, and oversee a guest- and insight-driven innovation pipeline.Research & develop category analyses and insights that fuel innovative ideas and create differentiated product concepts and positioning. Set and execute short term strategy for the category and contribute to long term strategy.Reviews & synthesize insights and data to deliver fresh, new thinking and recommendations on category development. Analyze the ongoing financial performance of the current menu and recommend opportunities to optimize and rationalize.Collaborate with Culinary, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, and Legal to turn new products into reality.Build compelling Business Cases and contribute to other business activities. Assist with sell-in to leadership and owner/operator partners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required (Business or Marketing field preferred).A minimum of 8 years' experience.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and eloquently present.Well organized and detail oriented.Immensely collaborative spirit with high emotional intelligence, and open to helping with any task.Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.Ability to project manage, multi-task, and remain positive/flexible in a fast-paced environment.Be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering results and driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.What do we Offer?
