This role will be based in Miami, FL. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be an important team member for the implementation of the annual marketing calendar, working together with local teams in advertising and innovation projects and processes to increase market’s profitability. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be leading and supporting the execution of print materials in support of consumer-facing National communications, Digital campaigns, Delivery calendar and execution, and the Local Store Marketing process.If you feel that this is the role for you, and you are successful with your application, be ready to be

in a fast-paced and agile working environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead Delivery strategy
(own and third-party aggregators) - calendar construction and execution - Collaborate with Operations and local team to manage strategy and build Monthly Playbook.Lead and/or support execution of print/POP + Menuboards
(print and digital) for National consumer-facing communications and market tests; including management of timelines, legal review, color-material review with the printer and budgets. Work with external agencies and internal customers to ensure the timely execution of campaigns.Lead Local Store Marketing process
– Work along with the local team and creative agency in order to meet the specific needs of the franchisees’ restaurants.Support Communications Strategy
- Work together with the creative teams to review the different marketing assets such as TV Commercials, Digital Advertising (Social networks, Banners, posts, videos, web pages), OOH, Press, Radio, etc.Field work along with the local team
– Market and competitors’ analysis, including prices, menus, products, and costs.Support in Budget management
– Estimate review, approvals, invoice inputting, cost management and sales forecasting.Support pre-production of national Television productions and photography food shoots.Support innovation process working together with Supply Chain, and Operations.Coaching Internal meetings with local team and agencies: Schedule, set-up, assist weekly/monthly conference calls and deck.Other support tasks as required and assigned.There will be travel involved in this role (about 20%).Qualifications
(some examples listed below):5-7 years of experience.College degree in Business (Marketing focus), Commerce, Communications, or related field.2 years food service experience, preferably with Agency or Corporate Brand Marketing/field teams.QSR or hospitality experience preferred.Bilingual (English); Advertising Agency or Marketing Communications experience.
