This is a hybrid role based in our headquarters in Los Angeles; fully-stocked with snacks, beverages, cold brew, and all the good stuff!We are seeking a visionary Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to lead the creative strategy and execution for Pearpop on a global scale. As CCO, you will be responsible for elevating Pearpop’s creative product, working with our most important international clients, and contributing to the company’s creative reputation worldwide. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand, driving creative excellence, and guiding the company through periods of growth and expansion. With a proven track record of award-winning creative leadership, you will be the driving force behind Pearpop’s next chapter of creative innovation.Key Responsibilities:Set the creative vision and strategy for Pearpop’s high-profile Creator Marketing work, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing our global brand presence.Lead creative efforts for regional and global campaigns, working closely with top-tier brand clients and partners to deliver impactful and innovative creative solutions harnessing the power of creators.Foster a culture of creative excellence by mentoring and inspiring the creative team to develop groundbreaking Creator Campaigns, including ideation, social media execution, and innovative experiential activations.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, talent, and external stakeholders to create comprehensive, high-level creative briefs that drive business objectives.Build and nurture relationships with Pearpop’s current and prospective clients and our fast-growing global Creator Community, expanding Pearpop’s creative network and ensuring the highest-quality output for major global projects.What You Bring to the Table:15+ years of experience in a similar role with an advertising agency, entertainment, or technology companyProven ability to create and direct high-quality campaigns and creative content in a fast-paced environmentExperience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate cross-functionally on integrated campaignsExtensive knowledge of brand promotions and working within established brand guidelinesExperience managing and delivering a high volume of creative and campaign typesAbility to make decisions around budgets and productionKnowledgeable about influential trends, ideas, and people in entertainmentCompensation = $300,000+Pearpop is an equal opportunity employer.
