The bilingual Spanish Associate HR Business Partner provides support to HR Business Partners and various stakeholders within the Human Resources department to improve HR efficiency and productivity. In addition, they will provide front line HR support to line management, be a strong culture champion, consult teammates on routine employee relation matters and enhance people relations.Compensation

$66K to $70K, + 8% yearly bonus target.Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with HR Business Partner and other HR functional groups to improve efficiencyProvide Day 1 training support and/or facilitation of new hire orientations, safety trainings, and others as assigned, including all compliance processing, and uploading of documentation at new hireConsults with line management, providing HR guidance and interpretation on Company policies and benefitsManages and resolves routine teammates relation issuesMaintain and update the HRIS system with employee offboardings.Coordinating performance management process including disciplinary action and processing terminationsMaintain employment records and files as required by federal, state or company requirements. Records include compliance documents, reporting, and employee personnel files.Other duties as assigned or required.Qualifications & Requirements

Required Education, Experience, Certification/LicensureBachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant fieldBilingual Spanish speaker is required1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong experience with non-exempt teammatesCreative problem solver and analytical – you can tell a story with dataSelf-starter, detailed, organized, proactive and ability to follow-throughAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest integrityWorking Conditions

Office / Sedentary RequirementsMust be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
