CAES is growing our Talent Acquisition team and we are looking for an on-site
Talent Acquisition Business Partner
with full cycle recruiting experience to help shape, build, and scale our newly established in-house Talent Acquisition organization. You will work closely with hiring managers alongside HRBP's and be given ownership of the full cycle recruiting process including qualifying requirements, sourcing, recruiting, and closing world-class talent. This role is full-time, it will be required to be
on-site in Lansdale, PA location 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this position you will manage a diverse set of roles which include positions within manufacturing/operations, engineering and office professional roles. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, including social media and employee referrals. This is a "partnership" role where you will be an advisor in the recruiting and hiring process, including: full cycle recruiting sourcing, interviewing, offer and onboarding process. Our ideal
Talent Acquisition Business Partner
has experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates across the spectrum of all roles within the Aerospace and Defense space. Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and recruiting strategies and approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations Works collaboratively with the talent acquisition team to define, develop and implement recruiting strategies Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, HRBP's, and leadership Cultivate and maintain an ongoing strong working relationship with business leaders and HR in order to understand the business, facilitate workforce planning strategies and create a partnership that ensures an agile hiring process Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process Assist and lead operations with college/university career fairs and on-site career fairs and other candidate networking events Partner with other Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support the overall CAES-wide talent acquisition strategies

To join us you'll need: Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for manufacturing/operations, engineering and office professional roles in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates) 2+ years of recruiting experience supporting search for candidates of companies in the Aerospace and Defense sector, including cleared DOD candidates 5+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition tools, such as with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems 5+ years of experience sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques Preferred Qualifications: Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for meeting requirements of the hiring managers technical qualifications Aerospace and Defense tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with OFCCP compliance rules and regulations Experience managing engineering technical roles Salary Range : $74,712
- $101,080
annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
