Advise on and lead ECH Talent and HR projects, including but not limited to leadership and employee development, organization structure and strategy, succession and talent planning, performance management, compensation, associate engagement and inclusion analysis and action planning, and establishing and maintaining programs and communications that promote and support a best place to work environment.
Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address organizational challenges and improve efficiencies for internal processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes that align with the strategic objectives.
Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor the impact of implemented changes.
Lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives in HR and/or business areas to further deliver business results.
Work independently on special projects that address key mission support programs and processes.
Champion and cultivate a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and driving organizational growth through effective learning strategies.
Monitor emerging trends in learning and development, including training methods and best practices, to assess and recommend appropriate solutions for enhancing our learning and development strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field required.
Consulting experience and related certifications.
Minimum of 7 or more years of consulting and human resources experience in one or more HR functional areas, with one being talent development.
Demonstrated consulting expertise such as facilitation, collaboration, executive presence, problem solving, conceptual thinking.
Results-driven focus.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building and influencing skills.
Experience with HR data analytics - including workforce data; dashboards.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Process management skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency. Workday experience preferred.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
