Overview of the role: Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Processing all cash receipts as well as applying payments to correct accounts
- Answering questions and emails that come in throughout the day
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Handling all billings for the company
- Ability to handle multiple company entities AR needs
- Issuing credit memos to clients and vendors
- Ad hoc/special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager
- Provide backup support to accounts payable as needed
Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Strong attention to detail, with minimal tolerance for errors or typos
- Ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Willingness to ask questions to ensure tasks are completed accurately
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor, coupled with the ability to focus and complete tasks independently
