Responsibilities of the Project Administrative Assistant:

As a Project Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing daily and weekly department activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations to support project success.
  • Preparing high-volume purchase orders accurately and efficiently, facilitating the timely procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
  • Work on subcontracts and change orders, collaborating with project teams to ensure contractual compliance and accurate documentation.
  • We resolve issues with subcontractors and vendors related to invoicing and pay requests and maintain positive and productive relationships with external partners.
  • Scheduling meetings, handling fax communications, accurately taking messages, and providing essential administrative support to project teams.

Requirements for the Project Administrative Assistant:

  • Must know about Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to effectively perform administrative tasks as a Project Administrative Assistant.
  • Willingness to learn new software, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to mastering new tools and technologies.
