Our client is seeking a Customer Technical Support Analyst to join their team. As a Customer Technical Support , you will be part of the IT department supporting customer service. The ideal candidate will have clear and concise communication skills, a minimum of 3 years of IT experience, and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Technical Support Location: Detroit, MI What's the Job? Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Assist in maintaining and updating documentation. Provide support for remote users. Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and procedures. What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of IT experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is required. Clear and concise communication skills required. Local candidates only.
