Our client, a major state client, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the EUDR Program. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $22-25 / hr.
What's the Job?
Execute EUDR plans and address technical issues that may arise during the replacement process.
Image computers and ensure all software is installed correctly.
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any hardware or software issues.
Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software.
Ensure all equipment is properly documented and tracked.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support.
Experience with imaging computers and deploying software.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
