The knowledge, skills and abilities of technical support personnel required under this statement of work are identified below.The Contractor shall have a full range of technical expertise in these support areas. This is a senior level technical position, often the most senior level technical position for all work for a particular DOJ component.Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used , usually at least five years of such experience .Other systems environments will require other specific sets of skills.Systems Development Methodology:
o Skills in data modeling and process modeling.o Knowledge of requirements analysis and system definition reports and documentation.
o Skills in providing end user training.
o Skills in project planning.
o Skills writing user and system manuals.
Web Technologies:o XML (Extensible Markup Language)
o JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
o Web Services (SOAP, SoapUI, REST API)
o Internet Authentication Service (IAS) for Windows Server
o Dynamic web pages using CSS, Ajax and HTML5
o .Net Applications using C#
o Java

Position Requirements
Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.
Experience in a litigation support environment extremely helpful.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.Supervisory experience very strongly preferred.Ability to lead a technical team, and to give it direction, will be very important, as will the demonstrated ability to analyze the attorneys' needs, and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience in the appropriate area.

CompensationSalary: $140,000. Calloway& Associates benefit package is inclusive of medical, dental and vision with a $300 monthly contribution based on election. There is also earned sick and paid time off, a contribution match to the 401K up to 3% and other voluntary benefit suite.
