Mobile Store Operators is currently on the search for an experienced District Manager.Overall responsibilities include the management and supervision of a group of wireless retail locations including, but not limited to:P&Ls and budgets, store operations and compliance, personnel management, and the delivery of excellence in customer service and satisfaction.Manages all reporting metrics and results for each retail locationWorks to continually drive success by monitoring and driving the store locations progression towards meeting sales, staffing, retention and delivery of revenue-generating goalsManages all program logistics in coordination with TRO cross-functional departments (HR, Finance, IT, and subsidiary companies as needed)Assists with the selection of potential retail sites, setting up and opening new retail locations and collaborating with otherDistrict Managers to grow markets as neededEffectively manages store locations P&Ls for consistent results of meeting and exceeding sales, operations and budget goals within established guidelinesIdentifies, hires and develops store managers and store personnel through effective hiring strategies that meet the right skill set for all positions and maintains a bench of qualified candidates for backfillManages, facilitates and executes training efforts, including one-on-one shadow training, role plays, and classroom-style trainingDevelops and maintains performance expectations and action plans for all direct reports Manages employee performance, serves as coach and mentor and administers corrective actions and terminates personnel as deemed necessaryProvides leadership, motivation, direction, guidance, and the support necessary to achieve company, customer, and client program objectives while driving increased employee engagementSets, maintains and monitors personnel work schedulesManages inventory and assetsManages physical facilities for brand compliance and assures proper appearance and functionality of POP displays and electronic equipmentCollaborates and partners with T-Mobile on business operations mattersMaintains a high level of knowledge and understanding of multiple wireless carriers products and pricing models, as well as, each carriers competitive advantagesManages and drives top performance results through promoting T-Mobile products to customersServes as lead in handling and resolving customer issues and escalationsParticipates and collaborates with Human Resources in the effective management of employee relations mattersUpholds and reinforces all company policies, practices, and proceduresReinforces proper dress code and professional appearance at all timesReports store issues, challenges, and successes to upper management in a timely mannerParticipates in and conducts trainings, conference calls, meetings, and other business-related eventsReinforces a culture of world-class customer service delivery each and every dayEffectively develops and maintains positive relationships with store personnel, management, partners, and vendorsCommunicates daily via email and phone with the leadership and field team to ensure they are on track with objectivesGathers in-market and out-of-market competitive intelligence and communicates information to the leadership team in order to develop effective business strategiesEnsures the timely completion of various administrative responsibilitiesPay Range: $70000 per year - $122000 per yearMSOEqual Opportunity Employer / Special AccommodationsTROC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
