Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Programs and Enablement, the Sr. Revenue Enablement Program Manager will be critical in helping us refine our GTM motion, reduce time to productivity, and align our cross functional business partners to deliver relevant and timely enablement tied to business outcomes. The highest priority of this role will be to build out a comprehensive GTM onboarding program and continuous learning program for the pre-sales & post-sales team, inclusive of the content management strategy for everything from pipe generation, to product training, competitive intelligence, customer engagement, etc. Longer term team priorities include sales process & methodology, in-person events (i.e. Sales Kickoff & QBRs), and leadership development.Interesting Problems
Develop / build comprehensive GTM onboardingManage the Field calendar inclusive of continuous learning programs for both pre and post sales teams and in-person events like QBRsCoach, mentor, and guide the teams in product, skills, and industry knowledgeManage Highspot / content strategyConduct product training and use case trainingsManage usage and enablement of tech stack to optimize use of toolingDevelop Revenue Leadership Enablement program and cadenceOversee RKO (Revenue Kickoff) and other large scale events as neededAbout YouYou have 8-10 years in a similar roleAbility to prioritize and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines optimally within a dynamic environmentExperience in delivering training both in-person and remotelyThe ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadershipAnalytical - Experience using data and analytics to advise decision-making, with a track record of setting, tracking, and measuring goals to drive accountabilityYou're able to navigate complex processes and foster championsA track record of creating documentation / onboarding plans in the past that have built successful sales organizationsYou wake up yearning to create efficient pre and post sales teamsYou enjoy finding opportunities to grow Amperity's level of expertise across a variety of domainsRemote Available
Amperity has offices in Seattle and NYC. We are also currently hiring in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TX, WA.Compensation
Base Salary: $130,000 - $180,000.
Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
