ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats. ECS is responsible for designing, building, deploying, operating, and maintaining a complete 'Data Services' solution which includes the collection, normalization, visualization, and sharing of cyber data from more than 100 Federal agencies. The CDM Data Services product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requirements.

ECS is seeking a talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic Systems Engineering Lifecycle Analyst to lead our fulfillment of Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) requirements. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge of federal program management and systems engineering best-practices to identify the tasks required to fulfill SELC commitments, and work across teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements., Candidates will be required to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
US citizenship and ability to acquire Public Trust SuitabilityBachelor's degree in systems Engineering and or/2+ years of progressive experience in large-scale Federal IT Systems Engineering ProgramProven ability to effectively coordinate across large teams to deliver upon complex cross-domain project objectivesFamiliarity with IT Systems Engineering frameworks and best practicesStrong communication, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail; High level of analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and the ability to propose solutions when required
