Assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required, including, but not exclusively, those responsibilities necessary for proper functioning of the Interventional Radiology Section.Job Requirements

All RTO must be included in the submission. The manager is looking for minimal RTO. Manager will not approve more than one week of time off during the contract.VACCINE INFO: The Flu vaccine is required during flu season (Oct 1st - Mar 31st). If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines. Qualivis will review/approve each request with supporting documentation.
