Edmond, OklahomaPosition Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Physician Associate to join our private endocrinology clinic. As a Physician Associate, you will work closely with an endocrinologist to provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat various endocrine disorders, and educate patients about their conditions.Key Responsibilities:Perform patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinationsDiagnose and manage endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and adrenal disordersOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory resultsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansEducate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment plans, and self-management strategiesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including endocrinologists, nurses, and dietitiansMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical recordsParticipate in continuing education and professional development activitiesHours: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p.NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!Qualifications:Master s degree from an accredited Physician Associate programCertification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)State licensure in TexasPrevious experience in endocrinology is preferred but not required (New Grads Accepted)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Salary $90K to $110K DOE and that can possibly be negotiableComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with employer contributionPaid time off and holidaysContinuing education and professional development opportunities
