We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to support our Department of Defense (DoD) team at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to enhance the United States Air Force (USAF) operational capabilities within their secure M365 environment. The selected candidate will play a critical role in creating and streamlining workflows, improving communication, and developing secure content management solutions in alignment with DoD standards.

Key Responsibilities:SharePoint Site Management: Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and document repositories.Microsoft 365 Customization: Design and implement custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Teams to address organizational needs.Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and increase operational efficiency.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with USAF stakeholders to gather requirements, understand mission needs, and translate them into efficient SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring the effective use of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools.Compliance and Security: Adhere to DoD policies for secure content management, maintaining security protocols for handling classified information.Data Migration and Transition: Support data migration initiatives and manage transitions to new or advanced Microsoft 365 capabilities.Required Skills and Capabilities:

Clearance: Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience with SharePoint site development and maintenance (both on-premises and online).Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, especially SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.Prior DoD work experience is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs for customization and system integration.Familiar with InfoPath or PowerApps for forms development and automation.Experience with Microsoft Teams configuration and integration within the SharePoint environment.Current Security + Certification

Soft Skills:

Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Excellent communication skills for gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders.Strong end-user training and support skills, particularly for non-technical personnel.
