Skills Set:Level II:

Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Developer -

RequiredExperience with SharePoint Online:

Performing design, development, and customization of SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts to create engaging user experiences along with SharePoint administration tasks, including site collection management, content database management, and security settings -

RequiredProficiency in Power Automate:

Developing and maintaining workflows and business process automation solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows -

RequiredExperience with RESTful APIs:

Integrating SharePoint Online with other systems and services, and configuring SharePoint Online workflows and forms -

RequiredExperience using BI tools:

Such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS to analyze data and create insightful reports -

RequiredExperience working with end users:

Gathering requirements and translating them into functional SharePoint solutions -

RequiredExperience determining technical feasibility:

Of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability -

RequiredMicrosoft certifications:

Such as Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate
