*This position can be located in Bloomington, MN (with an expectation to go to the Faribault, MN office from time to time), Faribault, MN, or Kennesaw, GA.

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for management of the HR operations of the full cycle employee onboarding process of Circet USA new hires. This role will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as the processing of HR Operations. This role has overall ownership of the offer letter, background checking, and onboarding process of all new hires within the organization and partners closely with other departments such as payroll, benefits, training, and timekeeping system owners. This individual will also provide oversightwithinHRIS administration and HR Reporting.
In addition, this role is responsible to support business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively.
Leads the team and processes; having over-all responsibility for managing the day-to-day operational duties include but are not limited to:Partnering with relevant department and/or team leaders in a proactive manner;Responding timely and effectively to leaders, business partners, and employee's needs;Being a visible HR representative within the organization, fostering strong employee relationshipsManages onboarding needs (including but not limited to: ensuring the new hire orientation paperwork and related activities are processed thoroughly, timely and accurately);Oversee HR administration of managing and maintaining all employee files and documentation in coordination with Corporate HR process;Manages the offer letter process, including the use of DocuSign, background check reporting, clearing new hires for import, etc.Manage workforce AAP development, compliance and reporting (including but not limited to job posting requirements, setting goals and measuring)Assists in the maintenance and accuracy of HRIS systemManages regular reporting in an effort to provide HR and Senior level leadership with data to make sound business decisionsManages the organization's compensation and pay equity programs (including but not limited to strategic support, analytics, development and compliance).Participate in the process to ensure all Job Descriptions are up to date and kept up to date;Monitor and recommend actions to comply with state and Federal employment law and Company policy.Participates in projects related to HR matters, and cross-department teams/goals as well. May lead specific projects.Administer regular and ad-hoc day-to-day HR Operational/Administrative activities accurately and in accordance with established process, guidelines, forms, timelines, etc.Responsible for supporting other technology projects that impact the HR team, as assigned.Work with business partners on all technology that may integrate with the HRIS including time tracking, LMS, finance systems, etc.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field strongly preferred.10+ years relevant HR experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.General knowledge of the principles and practices of HR administration and management.AAP experience perferredAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees, and the general public.Proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; experience with ATS and HRIS strongly desired.Must be willing to learn new tasks, handle change, and work with a diverse group.Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively and accurately in oral and written form.General knowledge of employment laws and practices is required.Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.Must have good judgment, decision-making ability, and attention to detail.
