We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded senior financial analyst to join our finance team. The senior financial analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a senior financial analyst, you will also be responsible for providing project teams with financial guidance and assisting with monthly close processes.

Assist Senior Director of Finance through the month end close process, monthly forecasting and analysis, and annual budget process for the Business Unit(s) they support. Tracking KPIsand preparing financial reports monthly. Analyzing and reporting on all P&L components, Unbilled A/R, CapEx spend, and other key financial metrics to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain financial models and perform analysis for Business Unit leaders and financial management. Maintain revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations. Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Provide forecast and analysis information to support working capital/cash flow requirements. Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations for business decisions. Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure financial stability. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, helping in strategic decision-making. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA) may be preferred. 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Experience in general accounting, finance, financial analysis and financial reporting. Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) or other large ERP platforms highly desirable. Previous experience with forecasting and budgeting highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders. Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in handling financial information.
