The Human Resources Generalist will play a vital role in supporting our people function. They will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and general human resource day to day tasks. The HR Generalist will interface with all employees regarding company processes and procedures and will be expected to demonstrate the company's commitment to its employees' success.

Job Requirements

Assist in the recruitment process; coordinate and schedule phone screens and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate with managers to ensure applicants receive responses in a timely manner.Assist in the onboarding process; prepare offer letters, process background checks, process new hire paperwork, including but not limited to employee work eligibility verification.Lead the first day process; new hire orientation, benefit overview and enrollment, trainings and booking meeting for new hires to meet key team members.Participates in the development and amendment of job descriptions.Responds to employee inquiries regarding locating forms, benefits information, resetting passwords, etc. and escalates questions/issues to the VP of Human Resource as needed.Handle all employment-related inquiries and/or sensitive matters in a professional and confidential matter.Provide back-up support to the office manager regarding their duties when they are out of the office.Provide other administrative support as needed to the management team.Experience & Education

BS/BA in Business or related field preferred but not required3+ years of relevant administrative experience, prior HR experience a plusQualifications

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality within the work environmentDemonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills: both written and oralSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and determination to complete projectsWillingness to explore and implement new ideasProficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HR management systemFamiliar with Google Docs applications

The base salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a bonus plan and incentive stock options for equity in the company.
