About the Position:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in various HR functions and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth and effective management of our growing workforce.

Essential Job Duties and Functions:Help manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingAssist with the employee benefits programs ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsSupport employees on HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices as needed.Assist with the development and implementation of HR programs, and initiatives that support the company's overall business objectivesHelp maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentationContribute to the creation and improvement of HR processes and workflowsBe willing to take on administrative tasks and "roll up your sleeves" when neededHelp maintain various HR systems.Read, understand, and comply with all workplace health and safety policies; safe work practices; and company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Required Education, Experience and Skills:

4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, environment.Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws and regulationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skillsProficient in HR software and technologies, including HRIS and applicant tracking systemsStrong computer system skill set expertise; in particular Word, Excel, PPT, AdobeBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Salary range: $70,000-$100,000, title and salary commensurate with experience
