Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced Digital Analyst to join our Digital team. This role will focus on optimizing and measuring our online and digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Adobe Analytics and Tealium Tag Management, along with experience using Tableau to communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders. A strong analytical background, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and technical skills in deploying, configuring, and monitoring digital tags and analytics tools are essential.

Key Responsibilities:Data Collection & Tag Management:Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of tags and tracking through Tealium.Ensure all digital properties are accurately tracked, monitored, and measured.Collaborate with development, UX, and marketing teams to design and implement tracking solutions that support business objectives.Digital Analytics:Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behaviors, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.Create reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategies.Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives by providing detailed analysis and insights.Data Visualization & Reporting:Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to deliver insights and track KPIs for digital properties.Present complex data in a visually engaging manner to help non-technical stakeholders understand key findings.Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.Optimization & Insights:Perform deep-dive analyses on customer journeys, funnel performance, and engagement patterns to uncover opportunities for conversion optimization.Provide actionable insights to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive strategic initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools in digital analytics, tag management, and visualization.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with extensive expertise in Adobe Analytics.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Tealium or similar tag management systems.Data Visualization: Proficiency in Tableau or a similar data visualization tool; ability to design dashboards that tell a compelling story and drive action.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.Business Acumen: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable data and analytical strategies.Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development technologies.Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.Certification in Adobe Analytics, Tealium, or Tableau is a plus.
