Responsibilities for the Jr. Sales and Marketing Analyst:
Support all data analytics functions for sales, marketing, and call center operations.Assist with data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization on both an ad hoc and ongoing basis.Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for business development departments.Manage and interpret data using Tableau, providing powerful data visualizations to drive business goals.Prepare and analyze reports for marketing, call center, and sales operations at the request of the VP of Sales and Marketing Operations.Monitor and audit reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to leverage data analysis for enhancing sales, marketing, and call center operations.Provide real-time, actionable analytics and trends to improve call center performance.Lead the sales data analysis function, delivering reports and tools to support sales teams and management in achieving growth objectives.Partner in shaping the marketing strategy by identifying and managing marketing channels, and ensuring alignment of site, social, and marketing materials with sales goals.Utilize coding expertise in SQL, R, and Python to streamline data processing and analysis.Uphold the company's mission, vision, and values while serving as a recognized team leader.Utilize subject matter expertise to research clients and market trends, offering strategic growth recommendations to the Director of Business Development for expanding services and offerings.
Requirements for the Jr. Sales and Marketing Analyst:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a data analytics position.Required experience in Excel, Tableau, and data coding with SQL, R, and Python.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, with strong time management and prioritization skills.Exceptional strategic planning, research, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to quickly identify business challenges and opportunities.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Ready for a career that's more than just a job?
