Competitive Compensation ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 DOE!Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Long-term disability and company paid life insurance.401K plan with company match.PTO and paid holidays.Stable work environment where your growth is encouraged and supported.Continuous and extensive training and development opportunities.Responsibilities for the Business Development Data Analyst:Support all data analytics functions for sales, marketing, and call center operations.Assist with data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization on both an ad hoc and ongoing basis.Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for business development departments.Prepare and analyze reports for marketing, call center, and sales operations at the request of the VP of Sales and Marketing Operations.Monitor and audit reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to leverage data analysis for enhancing sales, marketing, and call center operations.Provide real-time, actionable analytics and trends to improve call center performance.Lead the sales data analysis function, delivering reports and tools to support sales teams and management in achieving growth objectives.Partner in shaping the marketing strategy by identifying and managing marketing channels, and ensuring alignment of site, social, and marketing materials with sales goals.Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values while serving as a recognized team leader.Utilize subject matter expertise to research clients and market trends, offering strategic growth recommendations to the Director of Business Development for expanding services and offerings.Requirements for the Business Development Data Analyst:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a data analytics position.Proven expertise in Excel and Tableau.Knowledge and experience with SQL, R, and Python.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, with strong time management and prioritization skills.Exceptional strategic planning, research, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to quickly identify business challenges and opportunities.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Ready for a career that's more than just a job?
