We are seeking for one of our clients located in Washington DC a skilled .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using .NET technologies.Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.Debug and troubleshoot application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and development processes.Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and support.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.[X]+ years of experience in software development, particularly with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Entity Framework).Knowledge of web services and APIs (REST, SOAP).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
