We're looking for an amazing Senior Web Producer- AEM to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects across globally distributed departments, prioritizing initiatives, and directing external teams for project deliverables. You'll independently formulate proposals, negotiate project requirements, and triage content maintenance tasks. In addition to overseeing content project lifecycles, you'll develop content using best practices in information architecture, user experience, and design, while ensuring compliance with ADA regulations and optimizing for SEO. As a subject matter expert on the AEM platform, you'll be responsible for project planning, cross-functional collaboration, content strategy, and data analysis, defining a roadmap for maximizing AEM capabilities and training other producers. This role also includes oversight of staff augmentation and offshore resources, delivering through HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development.

Responsibilities Leverage information architecture best practices, creativity, user experience, visual layout and design to convert conceptual design into functional components within the AEM platform using JavaScript, HTML and CSS coding best practices. Produce, create, edit, optimize, test, and maintain webpages in coordination with Marketing, Design, Scrum teams, and internal stakeholders to drive conversion. These updates apply to a variety of content types that include components, experience fragments, layouts, page templates, image assets, and tracking IDs. Effectively project manages and prioritizes simultaneous web requests with varying degrees of effort/complexity in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for defining project scope, content strategy, technical feasibility, and effort estimation. Also gathers project requirements and assets, develops recommendations, and executes all deliverables within agreed upon timeline. Handles the implementation of the project request for the full project life cycle (project intake through publishing). Oversees a team of offshore publishers, determining their assignments, coaching, and reporting on progress. Defines a roadmap to maximize the AEM platform, i.e. identify key features not already tapped into and plan to capitalize. Defines what a mature content publishing workflow and operation looks like, establishes the plan to achieve maturity and train other producers on the process. Handles all website quality assurance (QA), page content proofreading, and template/component functionality testing. Performs sitewide content audits via scanning tools and manual scans. Applies edits to pages accordingly and verifies all updates via formal QA and UAT processes. Monitors and audits content on a regular basis to ensure content is up to date and accurate. Analyzes and defines proper CMS content architecture and taxonomy. Ensures CMS content items adhere to best practice standards for naming conventions and item structures. Ability to build web components utilizing complex structures including but not limited to site localization, schema, Json, xml, database publishing, and analytics tracking. Performs content authoring and general web production in support of SEO strategies and WCAG compliance. Ensures page content adheres to all SEO requirements & goals, follows web style standards, and meets all WCAG Level AA compliance requirements. Helps drive CMS process improvements and contributes to functional testing and site documentation. Troubleshoots any CMS issues that may arise and can offer support/training to other users. Addresses website-related inquiries, issues and opportunities raised by various business owners and works with cross-functional teams on a resolution. Reviews analytics and web metric reports to monitor page performance and provide insight on web content strategy. May generate reports on an as needed basis. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Digital Media or Marketing or Equivalent Experience 5+ years of related experience in web, digital, content admin, project management, marketing, and/or design. Prefer extensive exposure to travel & hospitality, ecommerce, retail, and marketing industry categories. 5+yrs Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience required. 3+yrs organizing and overseeing content publisher assignments. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Knowledge of web editing/debugging software such as browser DevTools, Dreamweaver, WCAG software, etc. Solid understanding of project management and organizational processes with sound analytical skills and abilities. Extremely detail-oriented with experience in content QA, proofreading, and functional testing. Strong prioritization and time management skills; ability to quickly evaluate project requests and action accordingly while working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment and can manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously. Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, other departments, and management. Knowledge in working with global/regional/translated websites and localization workflows is preferred. Experience in monitoring page performance, analyzing metrics, and content governance is a plus. Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that this position is considered In Office and will be required to follow the Company's schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday - Thursday.)

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
